We begin with a guided meditation, led by Swami Ravi Rudra Brahati, (founder and teacher of Dancing Shiva Tantra Monastery & Healing Center). Swami Ravi has been a tantrika, facilitator and meditation instructor for over 50 years, and spent twenty years living in India with his guru, Swami Rama. Garrell Bevirt (tantrika, yogi, sacred intimate and Creative Director of Dancing Shiva Tantra Monastery & Healing Center), will then lead a nude yoga session, integrating breath work, movement and mindfulness in a gentle, restorative practice.

We continue with conscious touch, body exploration, and group connection activities.

The session concludes with a sharing circle - a time that all participants can offer what arose during the session; connecting and sharing their inner voice with others.
