I am a natural health expert with a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. I am a unique Naturopathic Physician who embodies my teachings while striving to live a sustainable off grid lifestyle at Earthaven Ecovillage. After a decade of clinical practice in a busy city, I grew tired of telling people how to be healthy and wanted to show them instead. In 2016, I moved to Earthaven Ecovillage where I founded my second clinic, Elements Naturopathic Medicine, adjacent to my 5,000 square foot community organic garden where I host group healing retreats. My home at Earthaven provides the precious space in nature to be a part-time clinician and host of healing retreats, a regenerative biodynamic gardener, homesteader, mother, and enthusiastic community member. Over the past two decades I have empowered thousands of people with the knowledge of how to heal their body, mind, and spirit by applying basic tenets of health including nature and community connection. When crafting your customized wellness recommendations, I combine knowledge of cutting edge science with the wisdom of time honored healing traditions to meet your individual needs.

Păo Shan is enthusiastically committed to integrating life energies. He is a lay-ordained Sōtō Zen Monk, meditation guide, tantrika and sacred intimate. His direct connection with Indic tantra began in 2020, when he met Swami Ravi. He then spent two and a half years living full-time in a Sǒtǒ Zen Buddhist Monastery, meditating for 6.5 hours every day. The mind-training Păo Shan received throughout his time there allowed him to discover a clarity of negotiating with his existence as consciousness, simultaneously experiencing both itself and the human form it currently inhabits. Dedicated to body/ mind/ spirit integration, he found his practice also needed to fully include our innate, human sensual and sexual energies. Păo Shan coordinates the Himalayan Tantra Men's Healing Tribe Meet-up group, and facilitates private and group meditation, yoga, and tantra body work sessions.

I am here to serve other humans who are deeply curious about living into their fullest human potential. I specifically work with intimacy as a spiritual path— as a way to embody the Divine Soul to the highest potential in this lifetime. I love to support people in healing their relationships with sex, money and themselves.
