The Tantra Way embraces experimentation and abundance! This is a time for you to explore and share your masculine energy with like-minded men. Our intention is to form connections between our own spiritual and sensual/sexual journey, sharing and living that journey with other seekers.

We begin with guided meditation and breath work, usually including chakra awareness practices, to support personal and spiritual growth and healing. Each meditation session is dynamic and may include some of the following modalities: breath work, movement and mindfulness practices, creation/completion, mantras, chanting, inner vibration, and resonance work.

We continue with conscious touch and body exploration, lingam massage and group connection activities.

The session concludes with a sharing circle - a time that participants can offer what arose in their meditation, and connect with their inner voice, The tribe is there as a supportive mechanism. We neither criticize or endorse experiences shared with the group, but rather, hold a container of mutual trust and vulnerability to share our masculine perspective of living in 21st Century western society.

The dynamics and energy of the group will directly guide the direction of each week’s content, which will be quite different from session to session. Attendance by Donation.
