The folks at Dancing Shiva are again offering a “Men’s Nude Yoga Day” and extending a special invitation to You! 

The day will begin at 10am spending the day clothing free sharing health, wellness and vitality practices in a comfortable and uninhibited environment. We will explore the features of yoga that evolved out of Tantra, such as the chakras (energy centers), and then experience how attunement to them adds depth and meaning to touch and connection. During our Conscious Touch session we will be accompanied by the remarkable sounds of gongs.

The effects of immersing one’s attention within the broad spectrum of the sounds of gongs, mindfully played, can refine, enhance, and deepen the quality of one’s consciousness as extended through touch.  Within the embrace of these sounds, one can more readily become fully present with one’s partners.  The felt need for boundaries can soften, judgment can more readily melt…
