Join your naked fellow yogis for a 60 minute, all levels, Insight Yoga hybrid in-person/online session.

Insight Yoga is for all body types and ability levels, and typically focuses on the structural alignment of our bodies, within a container of meditative practice. Through a series of breath exercises and asanas (poses), we aim to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being. Yoga practiced with this attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment can help promote total physical and spiritual well-being, relieving some of the stresses of modern day life.

For Virtual Attendees:Camera must be ON at all times during the session.Please join between 10:20-10:30AM (US Central). You will be placed in a waiting room on arrival.
