A two-part naked meditation and sharing session, beginning with guided meditation and breath work, followed by a naked sharing circle, focusing on fostering trust and vulnerability in a non-threatening, supportive container.

Hosted by Pǎo Shan, one of Swami Ravi's students.  Pǎo Shan is a lay-ordained Zen Buddhist Monk and tantrika.  He also offers one-on-one private sessions.
