Asheville Men's Nude Yoga Meet-Up Group
What is Men's Nude Yoga? We have created yoga classes where all the adult male participants and the instructor are nude. Non-sexual nudity with other men helps us to explore joyous physical embodiment, thereby removing cultural barriers to positive self-image.

About the event
Join us, Monday August 3rd as we once again "Meetup" with our naked fellow yogis for a 45-50 minute, all levels, naked yoga online session. If you live in the Asheville area please consider joining the session in person at Dancing Shiva Tantra Monastery & Healing Center 45 min. east of Asheville. If you would like to attend in person send an email to dancingshivatantra@gmail.com to let me know you will be joining and to receive driving directions.
The Virtual Studio will open at 11:15a ET for social time and settling in - class will begin at 11:30a ET. I hope that you will join us.
The yoga flow is for all ability levels and typically focuses on the structural alignment of our bodies. Through a series of asanas (poses) and the practice of these asanas we aim to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being.
